Since we have to make decisions in advance on such things as tour bus size, number of tour guides to reserve, admission tickets to pre-purchase, etc., PRE-RESERVED TOURS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

WHENEVER POSSIBLE, we will attempt to refund your credit card (less any applicable pre-paid elements AND less a $5.00 per person cancellation fee).  Please note that customer cancellations cannot be guaranteed to be refunded.  Examples where a refund or partial refund can be issued include a tour/event that has a 'wait list' and we can re-sell your seat to a waiting guest; certain walking tours; events where transportation is not provided. 

We want your experience in Philadelphia and with Specialty Tours & Events to be wonderful ... and, where possible, we will do everything we can to accommodate changes that you may need to make.  If you would like to request to cancel or change a tour that you have pre-reserved, please inquire by writing to us at info@toursignup.com or call us at (215) 625-7980.
