 Specialty Tours & Events Cancellation/Change Policy 

  

 

ALL TOURS/EVENTS DEPART ON TIME
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR MISSED TOURS/EVENTS

 

 

PRIVATE TOURS / CONVENTIONS

Tours canceled a minimum of 21 days in advance will receive a full1 refund (1less any applicable pre-paid elements such as non-refundable tickets AND less a $5.00 per tour/per person cancellation fee).  

Since we have to make decisions in advance on such things as tour bus size, number of tour guides to reserve, admission tickets to pre-purchase, etc., tours canceled less than 21 days in advance are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Reserved spaces are transferrable and may be given to/sold to another person.  If the tour you wish to cancel is sold out, Specialty Tours will attempt to re-sell a pre-paid reservation on your behalf and provide you a reimbursement from the new purchaser.
